PerfectShot.me provides an AI-powered service that generates professional headshots based on user-uploaded photos ("Service"). The results are generated by artificial intelligence algorithms and may vary in quality and accuracy.

2. User Content & License

You retain all rights to the photos you upload to PerfectShot.me ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process, store, and modify your photos solely for the purpose of generating your headshots.

We do not claim ownership of the generated images. You own the images generated by our AI for you, subject to these Terms. You are free to use them for personal or commercial purposes (e.g., LinkedIn, company website).

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Upload photos of others without their explicit consent.
• Upload nudity, violence, or illegal content.
• Generate deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our underlying AI models.

We reserve the right to ban users who violate these rules.

4. AI Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible if the generated images are not suitable for your specific needs.

5. Refunds

Due to the high cost of GPU processing, refunds are generally not provided once the AI generation process has started. However, if there was a technical failure and no images were generated, please contact support for a full refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PerfectShot.me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
