Your photos are processed as follows:

1. Uploaded images are temporarily stored on our secure servers.
2. Our AI processes these images to generate your professional headshot.
3. The original images and generated results are stored for 30 days to allow you to download them.
4. After 30 days, all images are permanently deleted from our servers automatically.

3. Data Storage & Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for all data in transit. Your images are stored in secure, private buckets (MinIO) that are not accessible to the public. Access is strictly limited to the automated processes required to generate your headshots.

4. Your GDPR Rights

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights:

• Right to Erasure: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time via your Dashboard.
• Right to Access: You can request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Right to Rectification: You can update your account information.
